Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Services

QTB Productions LLC provides the following services:

• — Video editing
• — Color grading
• — Visual effects (VFX)
• — Motion graphics
• — Audio post-production

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Project Agreements

Each project may be governed by a proposal, invoice, or written agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. In the event of any conflict, the project-specific agreement shall prevail.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit or full upfront payment (50%–100%) is required before work begins. Final deliverables are released only after full payment. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Revisions

A limited number of revisions may be included per project. Additional revisions will be billed separately. Revisions must remain within the original scope.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Timelines are estimates unless explicitly agreed as fixed. Client delays will extend delivery timelines. Final files are delivered after full payment.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers upon full payment. QTB Productions LLC retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio. Raw and project files remain Company property unless purchased.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

9. Compliance & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for projects that violate laws, infringe rights, or pose compliance risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

QTB Productions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or platform-related issues.

11. Termination

Services may be terminated if payment is not made or Terms are breached. No refunds apply for completed work.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

13. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
